When does The Patios open and close?
Mon – Thurs: 11AM – 9PM
Friday – Sat: 11AM – 10PM
Sun: 11AM – 9PM

All activations at The Patios are weather permitting. Please follow @CHP_Boston on Twitter or @BostonCityHallPlaza on Facebook for updates throughout the season.

Are there any age restrictions?
The Patios is open to all ages. Those who wish to purchase alcohol at the Wachusett Beer Yard at The Patios must be 21+ and will be required to show state issued identification upon entry.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome at The Patios. All pets must be on a leash and owners are reminded that they are required to clean-up after their pets.

Is there any food available for purchase?
Yes, food and beverage is available at The Patios Monday through Sunday, from 11am to 8pm. For full schedule and offerings, please visit our DAILY SCHEDULES page and SIPS & SNACKS PAGE.

How do I reserve a Grill for Sunday Grilling at The Patios?
The Patios presented by Berkshire Bank is proud to introduce Sunday Grilling this season. Each Sunday, guests will have access to four electric grills, available free of charged on a first come, first served basis. Visitors are invited to bring along coolers with their own grilling favorites and accoutrements, or, they can purchase the basics like hot dogs and hamburgers on site from local vendor, Bittersweet Homestead.

Can I bring outside food and beverages to The Patios?
Yes, outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted at The Patios. Alcohol purchased from the Wachusett Brew Yard is the only alcohol permitted on premise.

Can I reserve a patio for a small group at The Patios?
All patios are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Can I rent out The Patios for a special occasion?
The Patios is a public space accessible to all during operating hours. At this time, we are unable to privatize or rent out the space. Parties of all sizes are welcome but are encouraged to come early to secure a patio, as they are only available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

What do I do if I lost something at The Patios?
If onsite, please report missing items to Boston Seasons General Manager Bianca Mauro by notifying any of The Patios personnel. Offsite, please email bostonseasons@delawarenorth.com with a description of the item, when and where it was last seen and your contact information.

How do I get to The Patios? Is there parking?
